Directors are responsible for leading projects with a variety of different partners to develop and strengthen organizational talent systems and build the capacity of all leaders. We’re looking for someone who has a background in talent, is a systems thinker, is passionate about educational equity, and is excited to work for a nimble, deeply collaborative nonprofit start-up. This position reports directly to a Partner.
