EdFuel is excited to host our third annual D.C. Talent Summit. For the past three years we’ve brought together education leaders in D.C.for a day of learning and discussion on creating equitable and inclusive talent systems in our organizations.
Our 2019 Talent Summit is an opportunity to build your capacity think creatively and holistically about talent. Join us for half a day and walk away with talent management tips and tools that you can use all year long.

The purpose of EdFuel is to empower education organizations to effectively recruit and retain diverse and high quality staff through comprehensive and equitable talent management systems. On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, the EdFuel D.C. Talent Summit will provide education leaders from across the city with an opportunity to share best practices and build skill in the areas of talent recruitment, development and retention.
Our 2019 Talent Summit is an opportunity to build your capacity to think creatively and holistically about talent. All participants will walk away with a set of resources and actionable next steps to take back to their respective organizations.
The day will include breakfast, a panel discussion, breakout sessions, and a networking lunch. Past breakout session topics include:
– Reflections from DC charter organizations on how they’re building talent capacity
– Looking beyond compensation to craft your employee value proposition
– Integrating diversity, equity & inclusion into your talent practices and organizational mindset
– Developing and retaining instructional leaders
– Creative approaches and simple tools for recruiting top talent
– Implementing performance management systems for non-instructional staff
