Vice President, Finance and Operations

EdFuel is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven Vice President of Finance and Operations to join our leadership team. This role is critical to strengthening and scaling our financial health, operational excellence, and organizational infrastructure as we continue to expand our national impact supporting education organizations to build equitable and sustainable talent systems. The Vice President of Finance and Operations will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, compliance and risk management, and operational strategy, partnering closely with the Chief Executive Officer and cross-functional leaders to ensure EdFuel’s long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
